1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact.

  • The item is not damaged by the customer.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Jewellery items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards or promotional products


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and product images (if damaged/incorrect).

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  4. Securely pack and ship the product as instructed.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product was damaged or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos for verification.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
